Modular Data System in 10 seconds

A Modular Data System is a modular, prefabricated data centre building block—factory-built, configured for your IT load and security needs, then delivered and commissioned on site. You choose the configuration (power, cooling, layout, hardening), and we deliver a repeatable path to live capacity with predictable milestones.

The process

A simple, engineering-led delivery flow

1) Discovery & site inputs

We capture IT load targets, rack density, redundancy, growth plan, security/hardening level, and site constraints (space, access, power, comms, environmental).

2) Configuration & spec pack

We map your requirements to a Modular Data System configuration—power train, cooling approach, containment/layout, monitoring, and compliance notes—then issue a spec pack for review.

3) Factory build & QA

Your configuration is manufactured and integrated with documented QA checkpoints, FAT planning, and clear responsibilities for equipment interfaces.

4) Delivery, install & handover

We coordinate delivery and on-site integration, then support testing/commissioning and handover documentation so your team can operate with confidence.

Decision points

What you choose (and what we engineer)

To keep procurement and deployment simple, we structure decisions around the variables that matter most—then engineer the configuration around them.

IT load, density & growth

Target kW, rack density, redundancy, and expansion path—so you can scale capacity without reworking the site.

Cooling & efficiency

Cooling approach matched to your heat load and climate, with a focus on serviceability and data centre PUE outcomes.

Common questions

Fast answers for buyers, operators, and consultants evaluating modular data centre options.

How fast can we deploy?

Timelines depend on configuration complexity and site readiness. We provide a clear milestone plan from requirements to commissioning, including delivery path options.

What information do you need to quote?

Target IT load (kW), rack density, redundancy, preferred cooling approach, security/hardening level, and site constraints (space, access, power, comms).

Can you support AI/HPC and GPU clusters?

Yes—configurations are engineered for high-density loads with appropriate power distribution, cooling, and monitoring for GPU cluster infrastructure.

How do you handle security and hardening?

We align the build to your security requirements—physical hardening options, access control, and documentation to support secure deployable data centre use cases.

Do you provide drawings and compliance notes?

Yes. Spec packs can include reference architectures, drawings, and compliance/security notes to support procurement and consultant review.

What does commissioning include?

We support testing and commissioning planning and documentation so the system is handed over with clear responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness.
