Our commitment

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We expect the same standards from our partners, suppliers, and subcontractors supporting the design, manufacture, logistics, and commissioning of modular data centre systems.

How we operate

Business & supply chain overview

We provide engineering-led modular data centre configurations for AI/HPC, edge, defence/secure, and enterprise use-cases. Our supply chain may include fabrication and manufacturing partners, electrical and mechanical component suppliers, IT infrastructure vendors, and specialist logistics providers. We prioritize reputable suppliers, clear specifications, and traceable procurement practices.

Governance, due diligence & risk management

We focus on practical controls that fit engineering procurement and project delivery—designed to identify, prevent, and address modern slavery risks.

Policies & expectations

We communicate expectations on ethical conduct, lawful employment, and safe working conditions. Where appropriate, supplier terms require compliance with applicable modern slavery laws and allow remediation steps if issues are identified.

Supplier onboarding & assessment

We use risk-based supplier selection, considering factors such as geography, sector risk, labour intensity, and subcontracting complexity. Higher-risk categories may require additional checks or documentation.

Procurement & traceability

We aim to maintain clear records of suppliers and key components, supporting traceability across manufacturing, integration, and delivery. We encourage transparent sourcing and discourage unauthorized subcontracting.

Training & awareness

We promote awareness of modern slavery indicators for staff involved in procurement, project delivery, and supplier management. We reinforce escalation pathways when concerns arise.

Reporting & remediation

Concerns can be raised via our management team. We will investigate credible reports, engage relevant suppliers, and take appropriate action—up to and including termination of supplier relationships—where remediation is not possible.

Continuous improvement

We review our approach periodically and refine controls based on supplier feedback, project learnings, and evolving regulatory expectations.
